Competitor Radar: what your competition is doing, every week

Knowing what your competition is doing is a weekly job, and it's the first one to fall off when there are emails to answer. Competitor Radar does it on its own: you define who to watch and every Monday you get all their channels on a single screen — Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ads, website, social media, press and visibility in AI assistants — with the analysis that tells you what to do.

The conversation that gave rise to this module repeats itself in almost every customer meeting: "do you know what my competitor is running ads for?". The honest answer used to be "we can check", which in practice means someone remembers once a month, opens the ad library, takes screenshots and puts together a document nobody ever opens again.

The problem isn't a lack of data: Meta's Ad Library is public, websites are out there and the media publish. The problem is that nobody has the weekly time to look at it and, above all, to interpret it.

How to turn it on

Go to Competitor Radar in the menu, add the name and website of each competitor and hit Analyze now to get the first report instantly. From then on it runs on its own, every Monday morning.

What it checks every week

The sweep covers five fronts for each competitor you define (up to 12):

Active ads
How many ads they have live and, more importantly, what they communicate in them: promise, offer, tone and how long they've kept them running. With direct links to the Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn libraries.
Website and messaging
What their homepage says, what changed since the previous week and how they're positioning themselves. A change in claim is a strategy signal, not a design detail.
AI visibility
Whether their site is ready for ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to cite it when someone asks about your category. It's the channel that grew the most over the past year and the one almost nobody is measuring.
Social media
What they're posting, how often and what's working for them.
Press and mentions
Appearances, funding announcements, openings, awards. Whatever raises or lowers their credibility with a customer who's comparing them to you.

A reading, not a data dump

This was the most important design decision for the module, and it came from harsh internal criticism: the first reports came out full of technical jargon — headers, structured data markup, acronyms — and a sales manager can't use any of that.

The report was rewritten from scratch. Now it's organized by category (all the ads together, all the websites together, and so on), in plain language, and it ends where it should end: highlighted conclusions and recommendations for the short, medium and long term. If a competitor changed their promise, the report says so in one sentence that needs no explanation.

  • Comparison table with all competitors side by side: what each one has active and how it's positioning itself.
  • Ads visible inside the platform, without having to go out and find them.
  • Week-to-week memory: the new report keeps the still-valid findings from the previous one, so a pivot we spotted three weeks ago doesn't disappear from the radar.

Every channel on a single screen

Here's the spectacular part of the module, and it's something that didn't exist before: you see your competition in full, across all its channels, without leaving the platform. Their Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ads; their website and what changed on it; their social media; their press; and their visibility in AI assistants. All together, on the same screen, in the same week.

Today that gets done — when it gets done — by opening four different ad libraries, checking sites by hand, searching for mentions on Google and putting together a document. That's hours of work per competitor, every week, which is why in practice nobody keeps it up. Here it's solved and organized, without anyone having to remember.

Truly multichannel
Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn in one place, with the ads visible inside the platform. It's not a link to another tool: it's the complete view right here.
Everyone, side by side
The comparison table puts your competitors in a single table: what each one has active and how it's positioning itself. In ten seconds you see who's investing and who's eased off the accelerator.
Analysis, not screenshots
On top of all that runs an analysis that tells you what's happening and what to do: highlighted conclusions and recommendations for the short, medium and long term. The difference between having the data and understanding it.
Strategy memory
Week after week you build the movie, not the snapshot. A change of promise, a new campaign or a pivot gets recorded, so you can discuss your competitor's strategy with months of evidence.

That's where the value is: it turns a task almost nobody gets around to into something that arrives on its own, every Monday, ready for making decisions on advertising, pricing and messaging. And it doesn't cost a consulting firm: it's included in your portal.

Who it's for

For anyone selling in a market where the competition moves fast and decisions on advertising, pricing and messaging are made by watching what everyone else does. If today you check that by hand once a month, this module gives you that time back and you won't forget either.

It's live starting today in all portals. Go in, add your three most direct competitors and hit "Analyze now": in a few minutes you have your first read.
