AI Meetings: our own notetaker that joins, listens and organizes

Decisions are made in meetings and lost in meetings. AI Meetings sends our own notetaker to your video calls: it listens, transcribes and leaves you the summary, the agreements and the tasks with an owner and a due date.

Notetakers already exist on the market and they work well. We decided to build our own for a concrete reason: we wanted the transcription and analysis to live inside the platform, alongside the CRM, the tasks and the customer context. A summary that stays in a separate tool is just one more file; a summary that creates assigned tasks on the board is work that moves forward.

How to turn it on

Go to AI Meetings, connect your Google Calendar with one click and you're set: the bot joins your video meetings on its own. If you'd rather control it case by case, paste the meeting URL and hit Send bot now.

What it does, in order

Joins on its own
It joins Meet, Zoom, Teams and generic meeting rooms too. It enters quietly with no camera: it appears as just another participant named Hapee Notetaker.
Really listens
It records the meeting audio and transcribes it with speech recognition. It doesn't depend on the platform having captions turned on — it only uses them as a backup.
Knows who spoke
It identifies the participants and attributes what was said, so in a meeting of six people it's clear who raised each point and who committed to what.
Leaves when it's over
When the meeting ends it leaves in under a minute and immediately starts generating the report. It doesn't stay behind occupying the room.
Summary and agreements
Executive summary, classified insights (decision, risk, opportunity) and the key moment of the conversation.
Tasks to the board
It detects commitments and proposes them as tasks with an owner and a due date. You approve with a checkbox and they're created on the customer's board.
Follow-up email
A ready-to-send draft with the agreements and next steps. Copy it and send it.

Sales meetings: how the conversation went

For sales meetings, the content is only half the story. The other half is how the conversation went, and that's what a salesperson needs to improve the next one. The module delivers:

  • Mood meter — from cold to enthusiastic, with an explanation of where it shows, citing specific moments.
  • Intensity meter — pace, silences, interruptions, who led the conversation.
  • Talk-time split — how much your team talked and how much the customer did. If you spoke 80% of the time, it tells you straight.
  • What worked and what to improve in tone and how you present, with concrete how-tos for next time.
  • Buying, doubt or hesitation signals detected in what the other side said.

It's written without coaching jargon, so a sales rep can read it in two minutes and know what to change.

Internal meetings: so tasks don't get lost

In a team meeting, the value is in the commitments. The bot detects them with the name of whoever took them on, as it was said in the conversation, matches them against your team and builds the assigned task. Nobody has to write down agreements by hand or remember who was put in charge of what.

About privacy

The recording is used to transcribe and is automatically deleted after the retention period. Diagnostic screenshots taken inside the room are not published at any URL. And if you don't want the bot in a particular meeting, you can turn it off at any time.

It's live starting today. Connect your calendar once and never think about taking notes again.
